<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The Co-op management or board had NO knowledge of
the flyer. The only relationship to the Co-op was that one person, who
worked at the Co-op, handed out a few of these flyers while at the
Co-op. That same person handed out the flyers at other places across
town.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>This person was reprimanded, as a Co-op employee,
for using the Co-op facilities to hand out the flyers.</FONT></DIV>
