<P align=justify>National Director of <B>The Knights Party</B>, Pastor Thomas
Robb, returned to his hometown of Harrison, Arkansas on Tuesday October 9th with
a victory in hand. A year ago, the Rhino Times, an allegedly conservative
newspaper based in Greensboro, North Carolina sued Thomas Robb and <B>The
Knights Party</B> claiming someone (they did not know who) was using the Rhino
Times illegally as a vehicle for literature distribution. </P>
<P align=justify></P>
<P align=justify>It is a common practice among many in the patriotic and
evangelical movement to purchase or collect recycled newsprint, use a few sheets
for weight purposes, and wrap an informational leaflet around the outside of the
newsprint. Just like an old fashion newspaper boy would deliver his newspaper in
the early morning, suppressed patriotic literature is distributed to the general
public. It is a right long understood and ruled to be protected by the U.S.
Constitution.</P>
<P align=justify></P>
<P align=justify>On Friday, October 5th, Thomas Robb, agreed to withdraw a
pursuit of lawsuit on behalf of <B>The Knights Party</B> against the Rhino Times
and the Rhino Times agreed in contradiction to their earlier claims that it was
indeed the policy of The Knights Party not to encourage, suggest, or promote the
<I>"insertion</I>" of leaflets into the Rhino Times Paper.</P>
<P align=justify></P><B>
<P align=justify>"This is a major victory for the entire white nationalist
movement."</B> Said legal counsel to <B>The Knights</B>, attorney Jason Robb.
<B>"They were trying to set the foundation for a nationwide legal precedent that
would infringe on the rights of all Americans."</P>
<P align=justify></P></B>
<P align=justify>Rachel Pendergergraft, spokeswoman for the Klan group, says its
no surprise that the Rhino Times is taking this Klan victory hard<B>. "They
really thought The Knights and Pastor Robb would back down" </B>she said.
<B>"But they didn’t consider the fine dedication of men and women associated
with <I>The Knights</I> who helped back this successful outcome."</P></B>
<P align=justify></P><B>
<P align=justify>"It is our goal to never back away from a fight when the
liberty of white Christians are at stake."</B> Pastor Robb reported yesterday.
"<B>It has always been the policy of this organization to conduct its affairs in
accordance with the law and noble Christian character. Wrapping literature
around discarded sheets of newsprint as an economical means of sharing
information with the general public, whether that newsprint is the New York
Times, the circular from a department store, or the Rhino Times of Greensboro,
North Carolina was and continues to be fully legal. You can use your week old
issue of the Wall Street News or Rhino Times to line a drawer, polish a window,
pack a gift, or to wrap a KKK leaflet around."</P></B>
<P align=justify></P>
<P align=justify>But while the Rhino Times agreed on paper, will they stand by
their decision and no longer attempt to bully law abiding men and women? In
fact, even more disturbing then their blatant yet failed attempt to silence the
free speech of white Christians, they are now, and purposely it may be,
attempting to mislead the public about the facts of the case. An article in
their paper last week misleads readers and the media about their role
in the decision.</P>
<P align=justify></P><B>
<P align=justify>"I think maybe perhaps someone with some influence at the paper
but not directly involved is upset that the Rhino Times, which is somewhat of an
unofficial voice for the Republican Party, caved in to the Klan. I can’t really
see what choice they had though. Now it looks like they are trying a last ditch
effort to hang on to some credibility by making false claims. First they were
bullies and now they are liars. But they can’t take back the legal outcome of
the case. It was really a blow to them and other newspapers who want to steal
our freedoms"</B> Pastor Robb said.</P>
<P align=justify></P>
<P align=justify>Says Robb, <B>"They have no idea who distributed our literature
as its widely available for anyone to pass out and even if they did. There is no
shame nor crime broken by distributing literature in this way. It continues to
be an efficient way to distribute large quantities of leaflets to masses of
people. The property ownership of a newspaper you own or recycle is yours to do
with as you please. It is not the Rhino Times place to decide what you do with
your paper. I am positive a jury would have seen right through this loss of
basic sense by the Rhino Times. In the end what else could they do? It was an
absurd attempt to shut us down. But I think they understand now, that we are
committed to our people and will continue to encourage law abiding men and women
from all walks of life to keep spreading the word of white Christian revival.
Let this victory spur them on to even more distribution of literature. Our
people need some truth and good news!"</P></B></FONT></FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML>
