Wonderful Sunil, Garrett, Gary. After you hold hands and sing Kum Bah Ya for a bit would you work together to fix the proposed ordinance. I don't want a hot garage band to be silenced, but then I'd be really happy if a vehicle as loud as a NASCAR competitor or a 2am party fracas could be shut down immediately rather than 48 hours later. You bright fellows will surely be able to suggest solutions to undo the Draconian parts and allow us all to remain boisterous but unoffensive.<BR>
