be surprised if people in that arena didn't use their power to influence those
"beneath" them in a negative way. I think that it's a bad thing and as near as I
can tell Mr. Schwaller is expressing no opinion either way, merely making
a statement. I see no indication that he thinks it's swell because it's a common
practice.</FONT></DIV>
