thought power in Moscow was from Avista).</FONT></DIV>

fly so low.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Why couldn't the helicopter fly higher and us
sophisticated cameras or scopes to see the lines.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>They were flying at the level of our deck while
crossing North Polk.</FONT></DIV>
