Wow. Maybe Elaine was on to something on that "Seinfeld" episode where the woman in the stall next to her refused to hand her a few sheets of toilet paper. I can't imagine such a thing as a system of etiquette for anonymous sexual encounters in bathrooms, where I imagine misunderstandings are possible but clear intent even more so.

Seriously, though, Craig needs to figure out what it is that would drive him to such risky and reckless behavior. He has some painful truths to face, whether he does that before or after facing his constituents and colleagues. There's a lot of potential for tragedy in this and yet still potential for blessing and healing. I hope he'll take the steps needed to experience the latter, not the former.

keely

> Date: Mon, 27 Aug 2007 18:53:06 -0700
> From: godshatter@yahoo.com
> To: thansen@moscow.com
> CC: vision2020@moscow.com; msolomon@moscow.com
> Subject: Re: [Vision2020] Craig's official statement
>
> The article I read in the Washington Post said that he had tapped the
> foot of the person in the stall next him and reached under the
> partition.
