<div>Do to the many problems with Time Warner I have looked into using the dish network.&nbsp; I live in an apartment building and this dish cannot be mounted on my building but somone told me there is a nonmountable device that sits on the pitch of ones roof.&nbsp; Has anyone heard of this&nbsp; or seen one please let me know.</div>  <div>Thanks</div>  <div>Patty</div>
