Moscow just paid me 45c 2 weeks ago on my cans. <br><br>As far as Boise goes -You can have it. The entire Treasure Valley has grown too fast for the infrastructure. It is a good place to visit and then come back home and realize how GOOD we have it in Moscow. Do we have daily drive-by's? I hope we never do - or the even the occasional one as far as that goes. Factor into the price of goods an hour of drive time to get to the store and back. Not that long ago it took me 10 minutes to drive from South Nampa to the old cheese factory between Nampa and Meridian. Now it takes 30 minutes. It used to take 15 min to get to Meridian, now it takes close to an hour.
