Gee. Where to start . . . <br><br>First, most people understand between the necessity of reporting and prosecuting crimes, especially violent felonies like rape, and see an urgency there that they don't in even the most gripping civil suits. Second, I don't know too many people who confuse the victim of a violent crime with a manipulative Machiavellian like Dr. Weitz, nor who would suggest that his legal right to take to court whomever he wishes, for reasons stemming from his own petulance, is somehow inherently noble and a betterment to society.<br><br>Third, none of this really ought to be necessary to write.
