<div>I also was dismayed by what seemed on overhanded approach to tree trimming for power line right of way on South Main east side, within a hundred yards north of the Styner intersection, where those conspicuous rows of multi-story apartment buildings are arrayed running east/west, each one with its own paved parking lot extending off Main to the east.

<div>However, this is mild compared to what Clearwater Power will do to trees for power line right of way. I have seen them just cut the whole tree down at the ground level! And I mean for a 30 foot high tree with a trunk many feet across...No need to return to trim that tree again, unless it's a willow that regrows, which was the case. The revenge of the Willows!
