return to his current residence except to retrieve his belongings in the company
of his probation officer.</DIV>

the offender must complete an address change form in person with the sheriff of

not been updated for some reason.</DIV>

<DIV>On June 25, 2007 Prosecuting Attorney Thompson filed a Notice of
Supplemental Probation Violation alleging two further violations in addition to
the previous masturbation while looking into a window of an adjoining residence
incident violation.</DIV>

<DIV>I urge all interested in protecting children from sexual offenders to visit
the Clerk of the Court's office and request to see volume three of the file
CR-05-02027. If you have a strong stomach, also request to see the first
two volumes, although much of the informative material has now been
sealed.</DIV>

<DIV>The prosecutor has yet to file a Motion to Revoke Probation.</DIV>

<DIV>As of now, a status hearing on this matter is scheduled for Monday, July
2nd at 2:00 pm. Since schedules can change, those interested should call
