Idaho State Registered Sex Offender<BR>List. Because that's what it's FOR. To
provide<BR>information accessible to all. He doesn't get secret<BR>missives
tracking the location and activity of every<BR>known criminal / registered sex
offender / etc. We<BR>have told several of our neighbors since we found
out<BR>but, unlike YOU, weren't compelled to canvas the<BR>neighborhood
spreading the word about one person in<BR>particular based on your hatred of the
church he<BR>attended. That seems fairly hypocritical, too, given<BR>that there
are a few other registered sex offenders<BR>living in this same neighborhood
(see for example:<BR>Buckingham, Robert, 595 W C St., let's see that on
the<BR>map). Where is the outcry and uproar about this person<BR>and his
proximity to West Park and the<BR>Almon-Asbury-Lieuellan Park? (Hint, he's
closer to<BR>both than Sitler was.) He's lived here for a while,<BR>but I
haven't seen you in the neighborhood stalking<BR>him or heard of you harassing
the DA, probation<BR>office, etc about him. <BR><BR>Your motives are so
incredibly transparent here and<BR>yet you claim to want only to protect the
children.<BR>Whatever. What about all the registered sex offenders<BR>in this
county? Not a peep on Vision2020 about any of<BR>them until Christ Church was
involved. <BR><BR>Bill Thompson stated that the location of
Sitler's<BR>residence is not in violation of his parole. His<BR>actions are what
triggered his parole violation. How<BR>many other individuals have violated
their probation<BR>or parole guidelines in the past month and for what<BR>crimes
are they on p/p for? Oh, not keeping track of<BR>anyone else, right? My bad.

voyeurism, I can now worry about your<BR>psychotic stalking behavior. How is it
that you know a<BR>sheriff's deputy lives in this neighborhood? What have<BR>you
been doing in this neighborhood? We're surrounded<BR>by several dead end
streets, it's NOT a neighborhood<BR>that people just happen to drive by unless
they're<BR>here for a reason (stalking, harassment, snooping,<BR>surveillance,
mentally unstable behaviors of all<BR>varieties). Frankly, your comments are
creeping me out<BR>more than the fact that Steven Sitler lived 5 houses<BR>away
from us. <BR><BR>As for whether the sheriff's office or other law<BR>enforcement
people or judges or attorneys must alert<BR>their neighborhood to every criminal
that moves in.I<BR>didn't realize it was in the scope of their work to<BR>review
the terms and conditions of each and every<BR>probation and parole client in
order to determine<BR>whether there is or MAY BE a violation. In fact, it
is<BR>not. That would be the job of let's call it 'probation<BR>and
parole.' There are hundreds of people in this<BR>town / county who've
served time in jail, been<BR>arrested, been convicted, etc of a variety of
crimes.<BR>Why are you limiting your outcry to one particular<BR>person? What
makes this ONE potential probationer<BR>unique to you? Hmmmmm. Could it be?? His
affiliation<BR>with Christ Church?? <BR><BR>And ignoring all your other
<insert synonym for<BR>ignorant because I can't think of any
more><BR>accusations and outcries, demanding that my husband<BR>lose his job
for his failure to "WARN THE OTHER<BR>RESIDENTS NOR THE DA NOR THE SHERIFF'S

ridiculously idiotic that you have almost left<BR>me speechless. <BR><BR>Of all
the things that our local law enforcement<BR>officers have dealt with in the
past 30 days ALONE,<BR>and especially my husband because I know exactly
