Word has it that a recently (May 2007) released multiple sex offender may be on his way back to jail as a result of a probation violation.<br><br>He was convicted in 2005 of lewd conduct with a minor child under the age of 16. (Note: he is not a level 3 sex offender. Idaho has no such designation). While serving his sentence in the Latah County jail, he was afforded time out to drive himself to treatment and counseling. Once released, it seems as though there was considerable delay in getting his photo posted on the Idaho Sex Offender Registry site, causing some residents to question practices and policies of the state with regard to making this information known to the public.
