12.0pt'>On March 6, the Task Force hosted a public session on possible sites
for consideration as the home of the Palouse Ice Rink, operation and management
strategies, and funding options for the various possibilities. Using that
information, in the weeks that followed, the Task Force has met a number of
times and has discussed various funding options, reviewed management
principles, and examined numerous sites. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>What you will see at this meeting is the final recommendation of the
Task Force that they intend to forward to their respective groups, the Moscow
City Council, the Latah County Board of Commissioners, the Rotary Veterans
Memorial Pavilion, Inc., and the Palouse Ice Rink Association, Inc. (PIRA). <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
