Some of the answers:

Incompetence, lack of managerial skills leading to sloppy, inconsistent
performance at the reporting, editorial, and publishing levels, cronyism, fear
of losing advertisers, a paucity of journalistic ethics, low testosterone
levels, prejudices, lack of pride in professionalism, lassitude, etc.

>I have not seen it in the paper either. I thought court
records were supposed to printed in the paper. A Genesee Fireman embezzled
$24,000. His sentencing was supposed to be on April 17, 2007. I have not seen
that in the paper either. There was a listing that said a person who had
evaded arrest was sentenced on April 10 to 2 years in prision and fined (I
think)$2400, Why arn't court records consistently in the paper or have I just
missed them?
>
> Roger
> -----Original message-----
>

[Vision2020] Quick Question
>
>> Quick question: Is
anybody aware of the results of last Friday's review
>> hearing
>> He has completed the one-year incarceration portion of his
sentence. The
>> review hearing was to determine if he should (or
should not) be released on
>> probation.
>>
>> As
Steven Sitler is a Level 3 sex offender, this should not be regarded
as
>> persecution on my part, but a major safety concern for the
community as a
>> whole.
>>
>> I have browsed both
the Lewiston Tribune and the Moscow-Pullman Daily News
>> for the past
couple days. NOT A WORD.
>>
>> However, it
should be noted that the Moscow-Pullman Daily News did report on
>>
NSA's commencement "book signing". Is the Daily News simply unaware
of
>> Sitler's hearing, or were they simply blind-sided and swamped by
the NSA
>> book signing?
>>
>> Tom
