w:st="on">Park</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 27<sup>th</sup>.
The Moscow Tree Commission invites the public to attend the event and help
plant a baldcypress tree and a Chinese chestnut grove at the park. A
representative of the Idaho Department of Lands will present Mayor <st1:PersonName
w:st="on">Nancy Chaney</st1:PersonName> with a 2006 <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Tree City</st1:City> <st1:country-region w:st="on">USA</st1:country-region></st1:place>
award. Volunteers and staff from the neighboring Palouse Clearwater
Environmental Institute will also be participating. Free sugar maple
