<P><STRONG>How about limiting ambulance calls as well. . . maybe we could have some kind of system where calls were "screened" to see if they really were an emergency. Like maybe we could send out an individual completely lacking any medical training to "assess" the situation. Anything to save a buck. . . but wait a minute, we're taxpayers and that's OUR buck. . . is that really how we want it saved?</STRONG></P>
