the resultants are not only from those that you loathe, but also of the loathed
of those that you loathe. There will need to be greater mutual respect
among the leaders, growers (developers & gardeners), and citizens for
your loathing to subside. One reacts <U>against</U> the other, rather than
one reacts <U>with</U> the other. Simple in words, difficult in
deed. The time may arrive, while you remain (in Moscow), but local
influences are too short-sighted or busy bickering to find resolution if you
want it soon. I would hope for two years, desire less, but may take
more. One vision is there, and of course it will take more, but just one
might be enough to change momentum (stagnation), if it has enough
community-muster.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

project as close to the "Ideal" of water-neutral, energy-developing,
environmentally-safe, people-friendly, community-generating,
local-economy-improving, job-producing, disabled-employing, vegetable-producing,
carbon-neutral, air-cleaning, that has never been seen on the Palouse (and
beyond) before may be coming. If this were to begin happening, who
else would be "on-board" with it? Who out there would be willing to be a

you would want to take in such a collaboration with other community

<DIV>A few questions for Moscow Residents:</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Why is it that Moscow pursues policies even when they CLEARLY are
destructive to the community? Such as not letting any business touch our
horrible icky water?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Why is it that Moscow is anti-business? </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Why does Moscow lynch mob any citizen that disagrees with the
majority?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Why does Moscow say it is liberal, yet all city policies discriminate
against Gays and Lesbians?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Why does Moscow say it is liberal, yet it doesn't even have adequate
services, sidewalks, and programs for the disabled?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Why does Moscow say it is tolerant yet hates others in the community for
their religion?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Why does Moscow want to reduce its population? Why does it want to not
have jobs? </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>How long can Moscow survive with negative job growth and population
growth, and continue to have revenues when its largest tax base is government
workers who are paid only through the collection of taxes? Who are the
producers in Moscow? They all seem to be leaches.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Just stuff to ponder as the University, Moscow, and Latah go to hell as
our local Liberal Yahoos Leaches destroy the community by protesting
everything that might put food on somebody's table and makes Moscow a
community worth living in.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Best,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
