where fairies once were common and glorious attire ruled the day.<SPAN>
</SPAN>Start designing your costume for the 34<SUP>th</SUP> Annual Moscow
Renaissance Fair's Costume Contest. This year's contest will feature two
costume categories that you may enter:<SPAN> </SPAN>Best Period and Most
Whimsical. Within each category there will be one adult (14 years and
up) winner and one child (13 and under) winner. Winners will receive $50
in Ren Fair Bucks that are honored at any craft or food vendor at the
fair. This year, the costume contest will be held at 4 PM, Saturday, May
5<SUP>th </SUP>at East City Park's Main Stage. <SPAN
style="COLOR: black">We encourage all contestants to join the Renaissance Fair
Parade at 3:30 PM for a lively frolic around the park, before the
judging. The sky is the limit</SPAN> for your costume design, so use
your imagination and get started today! The contest is a popular
event at the Renaissance Fair where an enthusiastic audience decides the
