is inviting all interested in giving public input to attend.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman">A public meeting before the Moscow Ice Rink
Task Force will be conducted during which the following proposition will be
considered:</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman">Site Possibilities between three primary
sites which include: HIRC Property, Beebe Property (south of the West Palouse
River Drive Ball Field property), and UI property (properties along Hwy 8 and
behind Palouse Empire Mall). Alternate sites are Joseph Street Field area and
Fair Grounds. Operations and maintenance as well as funding sources will also
be discussed.</FONT></DIV>
