<DIV>5 years ago CJ's was part of the Moscow Mardi Gras committee. We told them to change their accounting practices or we would not participate and that would hurt the community. They chose NOT to change, even at the District Attorney's request. The last straw for CJ's was when the Vice President of Moscow Mardi Gras was not allowed in the accounting room, yet a couple of "friends" were allowed in. You tell me what was going on.</DIV>

<DIV>We have offered and offered year after year for Moscow Mardi Gras to help contribute to the huge bus expense as they are unable to obtain busses the same reason some people cannot buy cars. They, Moscow Mardi Gras choose not to help with the expense. So keep in mind CJ's provides transportation for the whole town. Now you tell me who cares?</DIV>
