<div class="RTE"><strong>Both of my oldest step kids show up to work in their jammies and it's working out very well for them. They work for someone, but that someone is not standing over them with a physical presence. </strong></div>

<div class="RTE"><strong>My youngest took it a step further and became his own boss. He's a whiz at getting you a website up and running complete with a working shopping cart if you so desire. He'll design you a logo, create a t-shirt and matching hat for each of your employees, get you business cards, tri-fold brochures. . . you name it. He's a print broker and 99% of his clients he's never laid eyes on. His "office hours" are 11:00 a.m. til 6:00 p.m. Being his mom, I thought 11:00 a.m. was because he wanted to "sleep in" on work days. Imagine my surprise when the phone started ringing off the hook at 8:00 a.m. and woke me up when I was visiting him! Then, imagine my consternation when my kid looked at me in shock and said "but, mom! It's already 11:00 on the east coast!"</strong></div>
