office (on F Street near the Jr. High track) at 650 North Cleveland in Moscow OR
call 892-1139.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The ballots will be mailed to you if you
call.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Voting will be at the county fair grounds if you
