blade in Moscow's collective pocket knife but, what exactly about GW's current
Iraq plan is it that is supposed to "pass in congress?" I'm fairly sure the
President, as commander in chief with authority granted by a previous
vote in congress, can move ahead with his plan with out so much as an
additional by your leave. All congress can do now is whine and
fund the effort or not.</FONT></DIV>

sadly 6% of Democrats,11% of Republicans, and 12% of independents responding to

It's clear from the way this question was worded, and the time at
which it was asked, that the meaning is "do you want the Iraq plan
President Bush announced to succeed *in Congress*." The answer to that
question, for the vast majority of Democrats, is "no."
