Gritman is thinking of offering indigent health care at its new wellness center.<BR><BR>Finally, some of you may have seen the signs on Beebe's property urging people to vote No. On Friday the city attorney actually gave us permission to take them down because they were in the city's right-of-way. We decided against such a provocative action.<BR><BR>Those driving south out of Moscow will soon see a large sign on Gritman property informing them that the No signs have been put up by developers who want to raise LHS to the ground and put a new car dealership there.<BR><BR>We are
