<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I am retired living on a fixed income, and my children are no longer in Moscow's schools, but when they were, someone whose children were no longer there understood my children's education was also important, so they voted for those levies anyway. I plan to do that for someone else's children when I vote for the levy this time around. </FONT></DIV>
