property owner to have a say in how you're taxed? Currently there are may people
who are, in effect, not paying any appreciable amount of tax and their vote
counts just the same as mine, much to my chagrin. Tax issues being voted on by
tax payers is a radical concept. Maybe you should take a stab at running for
office. Where should I mail my campaign contribution? What name would I put on
the check?</FONT></DIV>
