<DIV>With the closing of Latah Health Services and the potential closing of the Ice Rink, Moscow needs a new disaster plan. Currently, the plan is to use Latah Health Serves as the spill over for Gritman, and to use the Ice Rink as the morgue. If Moscow is hit with a plague, earthquake, tornado, terrorist attack, etc, it has no working operational plan in place. </DIV>
