<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>According to the Tribune today, voters in Latah
County will decide on Feb 6 whether or not to essentially give the Latah Health
Services facility (land and building) to Gritman.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>As I understand it, all we voters get in return is
Gritman's "intention" to use the facility for health-related public
uses.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have several questions about this, and am hoping
that BJ or someone else could respond to V2020:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>1. Could the voters get a written guarantee from
Gritman that the facility will be used for public health reasons?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>2. How much land is included in this deal (land
that is not either building or parking lot)? If there is land included,
what is Gritman's plan for that?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>3. Under the present deal, could Gritman keep the
pool and part of the building open for health-related uses and then develop/sell
the rest of the building and land at a profit?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>4. If the voters say no, would Gritman continue its
operation of the pool there?</FONT></DIV>
