Also, just to put it in perspective...<br>

On the one hand you have a dubious foundation for an extremely
expensive war that has divided our country and that has laid the
foundation for the erosion of our civil liberties. Not to mention
hundreds of billions in cost and thousands of lives taken (ours and
theirs) and who knows how many lives affected in an extended way (such
as injuries, deaths of loved ones, etc).<br>

On the other you have... sex. Consentual sex. <br>
<br>
I don't care who is screwing who, as long as the people at the top are
trying to look out for my best interests. Why did our President, who
is supposed to be a representative of the people who is taking on a
burden in exchange for doing some good for the country, become a
spiritual leader? <br>

which found me in the fourth grade, but by a life whose first half saw
enough to welcome the perspective offered by the second.

grandchildren reading grandma's obit some 60 years from now. How do
you think this woman will be remembered by history? She will forever
be the accommodating humidor in the red dress. Forever humiliated just
so Clinton could get his rocks off. He was a chronologically mature
man in a position of power who violated his public trust by responding
inappropriately to the immature and personally tragic advances of an
immature youngster - a youngster who will pay for the rest of her life
at the hands of a snickering society.

However, certain areas of bad conduct are less dangerous to the nation

By the way, Hillary Clinton chose to forgive her husband and stay in a
marriage that most would find absolutely unworkable -- please let me
know how it is that I missed the accolades showered on her by the
"pro-family" crowd. Keeping the family intact, raising a relatively
trouble-free daughter, seeking pastoral counsel and, I hope, exercising
repentance and forgiveness seem to be things the religious right would
embrace. Or did I add a shot of naive to my morning coffee????
