This sounds really off the wall, but thought I'd see if anyone else had heard this.<br><br>The holiday fill-in host for the Dan Patrick Show on ESPNRadio had a guy from ESPN.com on talking about Larry Coker's firing at the University of Miami.<br><br>So anyway, they were going on and on and on some more about why Coker was fired, should he have been fired, etc. etc.....then they started speculating about who might replace him.<br>Several names were thrown out including the current Rutgers coach, Greg Schiano.<br>Then the guest said that the name he is hearing is Dennis Erickson---that they're interested in getting ole Dennis to make a triumphant come back down there. <br><br>Far-fetched sounding to me. <br>I thought Erickson had a great place up in CDA, loved it, and wanted to resurrect UI Football as a sort of his legacy or something. <br>But then again Miami might have a little better weather during football season, ya think?<br><br><p>&#32;
