<DIV>Hello</DIV>  <DIV>I just thought I would share our Halloween experience with all of you.&nbsp; At approximately 7:30 last night on the corner of C street and Hayes, my son and three friends were mugged.&nbsp; They were assaulted by three teenagers while a fourth person waited in the car.&nbsp; The boys assault was not the first of the evening there was at least three by this time.&nbsp;&nbsp; They not only took the candy from&nbsp;the children but they gave my son a black eye and ripped his cape from his neck leaving a gash in its place.&nbsp; I am grateful to the off duty sheriff officer who helped my son and his friends, and for the quick response by the Moscow Police Department.&nbsp; I have lived in Moscow for most of my life and I have never heard of this happening before.</DIV>  <DIV>Thanks for listening.</DIV>  <DIV>Patty</DIV>
