What did the legal notice say? I don't get the Daily News. Are they
moving rather than comply with anti-pollution statutes?<br>

Moscow to the Washington side of the line.</font></div>

acres on the Moscow-Pullman Highway, on the south side of the highway,
between the highway and the creek, about a mile from Moscow.</font></div>
