<div>This whole Shelly Bennett/Home Depot flap is the first I've heard of the UI wanting to sell property behind the Palouse Mall for development. Three questions, if anyone knows:</div> <div> </div> <div>1) Would this be a small parcel, or would it include the research farm due north of the mall? What about access to the farm? The ponds? Etc?</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>2) Who on earth would want to have their business looking at the ass of Palouse Mall? It's the ugliest rear view in town! </div> <div> </div> <div>3) Does the UI still *own* the Palouse Mall property, or did they sell it? I remember years and years ago that it was simply leased out, but perhaps that wasn't true then, either.</div> <div> </div> <div>thanks</div> <div>Penny P.<BR><BR><B><I>Tom Hansen <thansen@moscow.com></I></B> wrote:</div> <BLOCKQUOTE class=replbq style="PADDING-LEFT: 5px; MARGIN-LEFT: 5px; BORDER-LEFT: #1010ff 2px solid"> <META
