gave the appearance that you have been following the various “controversies”
enough, including lurking here on V2020 for some time, to understand the people
at Christ Church and what’s been done to them, as well as formulating
your own assessment of the justice of what has been done. But then in
response to some further questioning, you act surprised that folks would want
to know if you are affiliated with <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Christ</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Church</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>. These two
things don’t mix very well in my opinion. I would really like to
know your real name, just because I think non-anonymous posting is far better
than anonymous; but if that is not possible, it would still be helpful for
everybody in their interpretation of your strong vouch for Christ Church to
know if you are in any way at all affiliated with Christ Church; this could be
by family, education, unique theological beliefs, occupation, close
friendships, affiliation with associated institutions such as Trinity, the
CREC, etc. The purpose is obviously not to label you (I have many friends that
fit this criteria), figure out if you are religious, or to know if you are
sleeping at 10 am on Sundays. The purpose is purely evidential and hermeneutic.
It would help assess the significance of your strong vouch for <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Christ</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Church</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>,
as a possible unbiased outsider looking in at all this, as you seem to make
yourself out to be.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
