pleased to extend an invitation to the Community members of the
Palouse</font></blockquote>

an evening discussion on the proposed Ring Road Transportation
Corridor concept and its relationship to land use, open space,
recreation, and sustainable development. Topics will include
bicycle/pedestrian pathways, green space, development rights, and
access to nearby recreational and resource preservation
facilities.</font></blockquote>

<blockquote type="cite" cite><font size="-1">Participation is
anticipated by representatives from the City of Moscow, Latah and
Whitman Counties, the Moscow Transportation Commission, WSU and UI,
the Moscow Chamber of Commerce, and the Idaho Transportation
Department. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and
provide input on the proposed concepts.</font></blockquote>

for July 25th from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the Ballroom on the
second floor of the University of Idaho Student Union Building (SUB)
at 709 Deakin Avenue. For additional information on the upcoming
