<DIV>Sunil,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Perhaps this is a better demonstration of why the Geneva Convention does
not apply to terrorist organizations than my last post to you. It would be
ridiculous to put our troops in the field against such murderers and thugs, who
play by no rules of humanity at all and expect them to endanger their own lives
by fighting under the rules of a treaty that does not apply.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Only a person who wished to see great harm come to our own troops would
insist on such a ridiculous condition. The only condition our troops
should be held too is that they be humane in their actions. Even the term
"humane" should be taken to mean they will not inflict death or permanent
damage on the enemy unnecessarily. </DIV>

it!</DIV>

<DIV>Hope it is cooler in Moscow than here in Lewiston. I don't understand
how my love handles keep from melting! Dang it all anyway!</DIV>
