It's my understanding that according to the Berne convention,
everything is copyrighted by default; the copyright symbol is not
needed to be displayed. I'd recommend that you simply link to the
videos or pictures you wish to draw attention to, as simply linking to
an image is not a copyright violation. Whatever his reasons for doing
so, the original copyright holder is within his rights to ask you to
remove the content, whether or not Dale Courtney had the right to
display them.<br>
