complete the project, includes an updated fuel facility, removal of a
manufactured home (residence), and security enhancements. Local match for
this grant is $6,981.53 which will be generated from passenger facility
charges. This grant offer was accepted by the Pullman City Council on

this Ordinance on first reading with the exclusion of the minimum sized
