<DIV class=RTE><STRONG>OK, now I've read that Mr. Sitler regularly checks himself out of "the Latah Hilton" two or three times a week to drive himself across state lines to other communities. And he's on the "honor system" while he's loose.</STRONG></DIV>

<DIV class=RTE><STRONG>If he's being turned loose, even if it is from the County Jail, why can't that be counted as some sort of temporary housing (which it really is) and he be registered....complete with a photograph for identity pursposes. Otherwise, what's the use of a current, up-to-date registry?</STRONG></DIV>
