<body><BR >I think along the same lines as BL. The same problem that the Catholic church has been coping with is now affecting the CC/NSA. It is very dangerous for children and women to live in these strong patriarchal environments. If every man was Good to the core it would be an OK way to design a society but many men will take advantage of power over others; it is just that simple. When women and children are taught to not challenge the adult male figure the devious adult male in the population is likely to use that to his perverted advantage. <BR>

This is the basis of why I disagree with Doug Wilson's teachings and proclamations. Women should always consider themselves as equals or mans better if for no other reason than to be able to protect their children and children should be taught to speak out against wrong behavior displayed by any adult.<BR>

In both cases, the young men were later convicted of sexual molestation of young (less than 16 years old) girls in those families.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I suggest that the boarder system you established, combined with your patriarchal system of male/female relationships, put those girls at risk. The girls are taught to be submissive and subserviant, making them essentially powerless when facing a much older male who is much more important in the Church hierarchy. The young men are taught to expect that kind of control and are raised in a system of sexual denial.</FONT></DIV>
