Like I stated earlier, anyone that can get a person like Sitler from life to one year (plea bargain) has definetely got what it takes in that briefcase. In many other states the have adopted an amendment that makes this type of a crime a minimum of 15 years in prison. Not jail, prison. No good time off. 15 years, per offense. I understand Sitler has admitted to many more offenses.</STRONG></DIV>

<DIV>legal aspect of the whole thing was turned over to the civil authorities</DIV>

<DIV>(where parents were appropriately warned), he spent time in Cottonwood</DIV>
