One of the reasons we have relatively low crime is because of them. This is one amenity I am more than willing to pay for. Of all the groups to keep happy, the most important are police, fire, transportation, and garbage. We have it easy in Moscow. We have a volunteer fire department, private transportation, and the garbage services are contracted. So why not support
the police?
