Corridor" that we have been discussing on the LEDC as a goal and marketing idea

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>The light rail discussion reminded me that when I
drove to Pullman yesterday, I noticed several miles of a trench being dug
from Pullman toward Moscow, and small green pipes, 4-8 inches in diameter,
being laid in the trench. Anyone out there know what is the purpose of
these pipes? They don't look like they would be for water or sewage,
to my untrained eye, anyway.</FONT></DIV>
