<DIV><FONT face=Arial>The light rail discussion reminded me that when I drove to
Pullman yesterday, I noticed several miles of a trench being dug from Pullman
toward Moscow, and small green pipes, 4-8 inches in diameter, being laid in the
trench. Anyone out there know what is the purpose of these pipes?
They don't look like they would be for water or sewage, to my untrained eye,
anyway.</FONT></DIV>
