of being incapable of engaging in debate calmly and sensibly and then proceed to
attack him hysterically and insensibly. To wit: He is a
Bozo. He is falling to bits. He is in need of a doctors visit.
He is shouting and shrieking. He is frothing and slavering. He is
nonsensical, irrational and terrified. </DIV>
