<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV class=RTE>In the April 7 issue of the Nogales (AZ) International, Kathy Scott wrote an opinion piece about the events she witnessed as a teacher at Nogales High during the student walk-out March 31. </DIV>In her column, she described how one teenaged boy snarled "F... Y..!" at a reporter who tried to interview him. She went on to state that other students began throwing bottles at passing cars.
<DIV></DIV>I do believe that constitutes violence.

<DIV></DIV><EM>Kudos to Nogales International columnist Kathy Scott for telling it like it is, "Do students know why they marched?," in the April 7 Nogales International. </EM>

<DIV><EM></EM></DIV><EM>It's a shame that such an important issue as illegal immigration apparently is not understood by some from Nogales High School who marched March 31. Given the opportunity to tell a reporter from the Nogales International what it's all about, one student, according to Scott said to the reporter F---Y---. Talk about blowing an opportunity to be heard on what may be the most important topic in Ambos Nogales. </EM>
