legitimate businesses that operate rental units, she wrote in her complaint.
Residents who obey the zoning code are currently being penalized. Our rights

heinous plot to persecute the <FONT size=6><FONT face="Olde English">Wilson

Machine</STRONG></FONT></FONT></FONT> (aka the Christ Church Cult) by asking
that the Moscow Zoning Laws be enforced and their property rights/neighborhood
integrity be respected?</FONT></P>

<STRONG><FONT color=#ff0000 size=5>the noise, parking, and other
problems</FONT></STRONG>? </FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>Being a proud, though independent member of those termed
<EM>Intoleristas</EM> by Cultmaster Wilson, I must confess that I have never
heard of Baumgart before her mention in the <EM>Daily News</EM> article.
Hence, I am surprised and very jealous that such a coveted title as
<EM>Intolerista</EM> has been bestowed upon Baumgart without her having
earned it the hard way.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>Perhaps it is just my advanced age and senility or perhaps the
changing times: As a previous professional planner, I know that when 40 or
more people sign a zoning complaint about a particular grievance, the governing
body, in this case the Moscow City Council, better act quickly, legally, and
appropriately or even more citizens will become disgruntled, and will express
that disgruntlement at the polls and very vociferously during the pre-election
discussions.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>I am a little perplexed at the "new" city council. There
have been some obvious problems with Moscow City Administration for a long time,
starting at the very top. The problems with so-called planning and zoning
administration, most charitably described as inept and crony-centered, has
been a very visible, large, and expensive carbuncle on the city's face for
a long time.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>It is too much for the citizens of Moscow to expect that
the "new" Moscow City Council do some much needed high level staff
cleansing? Or, like past councils, do they lack the guts?</FONT></P><FONT

that, the people who worked so hard to bring up this extremely important city
issue failed to put at least one or two names on the list who don't go to Christ
Church . . .What about credibility and the 'We're not biased.' argument? Come
now, there are at least a few people that I can think of that do the exact same
thing . . .why aren't they on the list? No special
ops? <BR> <BR>Another is that the people who have brought and are
vocal supports the compliant say, "We're not biased, we're just concerned." And
then within like a few hours (or sometimes even in the same email for goodness
sake) manage to call your Dad or someone else at Christ Church a bad name, or
some other libelous remark. . .nice. . . <BR> <BR>Another, which is
maybe just a little ironic, is that somebody and her camera were in your Dad's
yard when she knew he would not be there (Sunday morning). . .which is a little
spooky . . .but wouldn't it be better to wait at least a few months to put this
compliant out in lieu of this little "Do'h!"? By the way is her name on the
compliant? Did she ever apologize? Was she taking shots to submit for this
compliant, or were they for a future compliant. <BR> <BR>Another,
which is hilarious, is to allow the exact same people who have already raised a
bunch of formal complaints against Christ Church people, to raise yet another
formal complaint, and not even a month after the NSA ruling, . . . "We're not
biased." <BR> <BR>Guess what, its o.k. to be biased (we'll not in this
case I guess). . .but they should just stop saying, "We're not
biased!" <BR> <BR>In order to not look so biased maybe they could file
a compliant against the Coop or something like that . . .don't worry it will get
struck down, which is good . . .but it might help their

bestowed upon Baumgart without her having earned it the hard
way.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>Perhaps it is just my advanced age and senility or perhaps the
changing times: As a previous professional planner, I know that when 40 or
more people sign a zoning complaint about a particular grievance, the governing
body, in this case the Moscow City Council, better act quickly, legally, and
appropriately or even more citizens will become disgruntled and express that
disgruntlement at the polls.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>I am a little perplexed at the "new" city council. There
have been some obvious problems with Moscow City Administration for a long
time. The problems with the so-call planning and zoning administration
beoing a very visible and and expensive.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>It is too much of the citizens of Moscow to expect that the
Moscow City Council do some much needed high level staff clensing? Or,
like past councils, do they lack the guts?</FONT></P>

that, the people who worked so hard to bring up this extremely important city
issue failed to put at least one or two names on the list who don't go to Christ
Church . . .What about credibility and the 'We're not biased.' argument? Come
now, there are at least a few people that I can think of that do the exact same
thing . . .why aren't they on the list? No special
ops? <BR> <BR>Another is that the people who have brought and are
vocal supports the compliant say, "We're not biased, we're just concerned." And
then within like a few hours (or sometimes even in the same email for goodness
sake) manage to call your Dad or someone else at Christ Church a bad name, or
some other libelous remark. . .nice. . . <BR> <BR>Another, which is
maybe just a little ironic, is that somebody and her camera were in your Dad's
yard when she knew he would not be there (Sunday morning). . .which is a little
spooky . . .but wouldn't it be better to wait at least a few months to put this
compliant out in lieu of this little "Do'h!"? By the way is her name on the
compliant? Did she ever apologize? Was she taking shots to submit for this
compliant, or were they for a future compliant. <BR> <BR>Another,
which is hilarious, is to allow the exact same people who have already raised a
bunch of formal complaints against Christ Church people, to raise yet another
formal complaint, and not even a month after the NSA ruling, . . . "We're not
biased." <BR> <BR>Guess what, its o.k. to be biased (we'll not in this
case I guess). . .but they should just stop saying, "We're not
biased!" <BR> <BR>In order to not look so biased maybe they could file
a compliant against the Coop or something like that . . .don't worry it will get
