Latter-day Saints, also voluntarily paid the UI $3,707 for items and services he
purchased with auxiliary services funds for LDS functions, said his Moscow
attorney Wynn Mosman. </FONT></P>

color=#ff0000>not because they were criminal</FONT></STRONG>, but because of the
appearance of impropriety and the university's concern about them," Mosman

criminal?</P>
<P>If the local LDS church knew the source of these funds, then how is accepting
them not criminal?</P>
