report of his presidency. The first in 2002 set the stage for the invasion
of Iraq by establishing a pre-emptive strike policy for "terrorist nations with
WMD's."</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>This new second report (see the article buried on
page 5A of the Lewiston Tribune) continues that strike-first policy, but shifts
the target to Iran. Bush now says it is Iran that has WMD
capability.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>As Bush is now preparing the American people for
another war (with Iran, this time), I have a few questions:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>1. is this really a problem with spelling?
Did he mean Iran the first time, but it was mis-spelled Iraq?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>2. did Bush consider (given the failure of the war
in both Iraq and Afganistan) that he might have a small credibility problem, not
to mention a lack of money to spend and soldiers willing to die?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>3. did Bush remember that the government of Iran
was democratically elected and has the strong support of the people of
Iran?</FONT></DIV>
